Deformation monitoring for safety, accuracy, maximum return and to minimise your carbon footprint.
Based on our experience in monitoring and mining, we believe that there is another important benefit to optimising open pit slopes, other than safety and maximising the resource return.

Through the optimisation of open mining pit slopes, mining companies are able to reduce their carbon emissions.
An optimised open pit slope, means being able to dig to peak efficiency (angles, depth, external conditions) without compromising on safety. This efficiency, provided by our monitoring systems and software data, allows a mine site to only use the resources, and equipment absolutely necessary, and ensures peak mining capabilities. This efficiency is beneficial to the land that is being mined, as well as defining peak efficiency for the mine site, and therefore reduce equipment usage and emissions over time.

We believe that our deformation monitoring systems and methods enable us to reduce emissions and we are currently working with Government, mining industry bodies and select mine sites to quantify this measurement.
